Meet The Team

Alicia is a Registered Psychotherapist and is a member of the CRPO. She completed her BA in Counselling and Caregiving in 2003 and has worked with youth and their families for the last 20 years in a high school context. She has come to appreciate that each of us has a story, and it is a privilege to journey alongside people with curiosity and compassion as they grow and heal. Alicia passionately believes that wholeness and integration are possible for everyone, and that wholeness involves body, mind, and spirit.

Alicia has completed:

• Internal Family Systems , level 1 & 2

• EMDR basic training

• Certified Complex Trauma Professional (CCTP)

• Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), level 1

Alicia and her husband are parents to four wonderful children, ages 9- 18. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, continuing to learn, and hanging out with family and friends
