Meet The Team

Theresa is a 2022 graduate of Yorkville University, having earned a masters of art in counselling psychology. She is a member of the CRPO as a Registered Psychotherapist.

In practice, Theresa strives to understand and appreciate people, as a whole and complete beings, who are comprised of individual and unique experiences. Theresa adopts an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy.  She resolves to not take the role of director, but rather as a fellow traveler, who walks alongside another, offering support, insight, guidance using curiosity and compassion.
