Meet The Team

Kendra graduated with a Masters in Social Work (2022) from The University of British Columbia - Okanagan. Kendra is a Registered Social Worker with the OCSWSSW.  

Kendra has worked with children, youth and families in many different settings, and is passionate about supporting them on their journey.   Kendra approaches counselling with a trauma-informed, polyvagal, and strength-based lens, and recognizes that everyone comes to therapy with unique stories that deserve empathy and compassion.  

Kendra has completed:  

- Introduction to Synergetic Play Therapy (2024) 

In her free time, Kendra loves to connect with nature, particularly spending time swimming in the lake, or visiting the ocean. She is an avid animal lover, finding joy in walking her golden retriever and miniature schnauzer in new places.
