Jodie Keeso, MSW RSW

At the heart of who we are, we are playful, loving, and have good intentions. Born to give and receive love, so many of us didn't get our needs met or faced challenges along the way that were hard. Coming to therapy is where we can explore together what is working and whats not for you and create a plan to support you in meeting your goals. 

Individual sessions with Jodie are $250.00. For those who request, Jodie offers 90 minute Internal Family Systems sessions to youth and adult clients for $350/session. Jodie works with individuals of all ages, from all backgrounds, professions, and all walks of life. (1)

Jodie Keeso graduated in 2016 with a Masters degree in Science and Social Work and opened The Play Clinic . She has completed numerous courses and is a consultant in Play Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR)

Jodie is an approved NIHB and VQRP provider.

She has done presentations for agencies and taught classes on various topics incl: Play Therapy with Adults, Assessment, Case Formulation, and Treatment Planning in therapy, Addressing Shame in the Therapy Space, Non-Suicidal Self-Injury, Treating Children with Sexualized Behaviours, Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Managing Meltdowns and other issues pertinent to children and youth.

She has extensive experience in public speaking and teaching at engagements across Canada and the U.S.

Jodie is versed in childrens mental health and behaviours, Parenting, Grief, CPTSD/Trauma, Shame, Addictions, Couples, and Family therapy. Jodie is a clinical supervisor for play therapy students, master of social work students, qualifying psychotherapists, group practices and agencies. Jodie also runs groups for children and youth using Internal Family Systems, Play and Art to increase emotion regulation, social skills and self efficacy, as well as address trauma.

Jodie holds memberships with the OCSWSSW, OASW, CAPT, IATP, EMDRIA,  the Theraplay ® Institute, the IFS Institute, as well as being a member of the NeurOptimal ® Neurofeedback Brain Training Community.

Online / Virtual Sessions

Cost is $160 / session. Most insurances accept MSW or RP's
