We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and 2 day intensives to support couples in their relationships

We believe in inclusivity; LGBTQ+ affirming, and have training in using evidenced based models such as Gottman’s Couples Therapy and Internal Family Systems for couples (Intimacy from the Inside Out - IFIO), as well as Attachment Theory to support couples in navigating life together.

Online / Virtual Sessions

Cost is $175 / session. Most insurances accept MSW or RP's 

(we do not want any family to go without needed support, please contact us if cost is an issue)
