It is important that the relationship between individuals and their therapist include a sense of connection. I believe in developing authentic, therapeutic relationships and creating space for individuals to feel secure in sharing their stories. I aim to create a welcoming, warm, non-judgemental and safe space for you, and/or your family, while supporting you on your journey of self-exploration and wellness.
My work with clients focuses on fostering insight, self-awareness, and compassion. I believe that counselling is most effective when it is collaborative and therefore, I involve clients in their treatment planning and encourage on-going feedback. My goal is to work with you to identify barriers and/or need and advocate for and empower you in attaining the changes you desire
