Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

As a client-centred counsellor, I create a safe, respectful space where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered. I integrate strength-based and emotion-focused approaches to support clients in navigating challenges while building on their existing resilience. My practice is grounded in cultural safety, ensuring that each person's unique identity, background, and lived experience are honoured without judgment. I believe that healing occurs when clients are supported in exploring their emotions with compassion and agency. Drawing from cognitive approaches, I help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop practical strategies for positive change. I am committed to building genuine therapeutic relationships that foster trust, growth, and self-discovery. Through a partnership and care, I aim to support individuals in achieving their goals and reclaiming their well-being.
During my downtime, I enjoy spending time on the beach, paddleboarding, practicing martial arts, and cooking delicious food. I am happy to be back in Niagara with family and friends.
